Peeper Wild Rescue Tawny Owl

Peeper, Wild Rescue Tawny Owl

Peeper is a Male Tawny Owl, we believe to be born in 2010. He was rescued with damage to his left eye which is now blind and unfortunately could not be re-released back into the wild.

Peeper was gifted to us by Loch Lomond Birds of Prey Centre.  Due to him being a wild bird we cannot use Peeper for any commercial displays or handling, however he will be used to help educate the public in the wild rehabilitation work we do.

Peeper now has his own comfortable aviary, where he likes to call to the wild Tawny Owls at night.
